Notify a rep when a sequence contact clicks a pricing-page link during active enrollment
One of 565 written HubSpot workflow specs, by a collective of independent HubSpot consultants.
Professional
Seat pricing: Professional edition. To build it, a GTM Seat or an Ops Seat (an Ops Seat cannot create marketing emails or sequences). Per-hub plans: Sales Hub Professional.
OutcomeA rep finds out the moment a contact currently mid-sequence clicks through to the pricing page, so they can call while intent is warm instead of waiting for the next scheduled sequence step.

When to use it, when not to
Use it
- Use it when your sequence emails or associated marketing touches include a tracked link to your pricing page and you want a real-time signal, not just an end-of-week report.
- Use it alongside sales-ops-012 (open and click volume alert); this fiche is a sharper, single-link version focused specifically on pricing intent rather than general engagement volume.

Skip it
- Do not use it if your pricing page link is not click-tracked through HubSpot (an external tracking tool only, for example); the trigger depends on HubSpot recording the click.
- Do not use it if pricing information is not the strongest buying signal for your product; adjust the tracked URL to whatever page in your funnel best indicates real intent.
