Licence
Category pack and Full library. One person, or one team at one company, may use the specs on the HubSpot portals that team works on, including client portals it administers. Files stay inside that team.
Everything, forever and Pro (agency licence). The buyer may use the specs and files on an unlimited number of client portals, and may hand a client the spec, the properties JSON and the code for the workflows built for that client. Reselling, republishing or distributing the library itself, in whole or in part, as a product is not permitted. Request-a-spec: 3 a year on Everything, 12 on Pro.
Refunds
14 days, no questions asked. Email hello@theworkflowlibrary.com with your order number.
Updates
Specs added to a pack you bought are delivered to the purchase email at no extra cost. Pro renews yearly and can be cancelled any time.
Accuracy
HubSpot changes its product. Each spec is dated and states what could not be verified at writing time. Report an inaccuracy and it is fixed within a week.
Privacy
Payments are handled by Stripe (Stripe is the merchant of record). Emails are sent from HubSpot. Visits are counted with Google Analytics only after you accept analytics in the banner; nothing is sold or shared for advertising. Refuse and the site works the same. Email hello@theworkflowlibrary.com to have your data deleted.
