Terms, licence and refunds

What a licence covers. One company and the portals it activates, its own or its clients'. Any number of people at that company may use the files. Every portal where a workflow from the library runs needs an activation, whatever the route it took to get there: the installer, a script, or a copy made by hand. Not for resale, republication, or sub-licensing. Handing a client the spec, the properties JSON and the code built for that client is fine.

How a portal is counted. A portal counts once, at its first install, by its HubSpot account id. Reinstalling, updating or adding specs in a portal already activated is free for ever. A category pack activates 1 portal, the full library 3, an extra portal one more, permanently. Agency Lifetime has no limit; usage is reviewed above 30 new portals a month.

Studio. A subscription that opens 5 new portals per calendar month while it runs, and requires a full library licence on the same email. It ships no files of its own. Cancel whenever you like: the portals already activated stay licensed, and installing in a new portal then needs Studio again or an extra portal.

Agency Lifetime. Paid once, for one legal entity: unlimited portals, unlimited seats, the full library included, PDFs and Markdown without The Workflow Library branding. It carries no service obligation, no SLA, no custom work and no migration. Reselling, republishing or distributing the library itself, in whole or in part, as a product is not permitted.

Ask for a spec. Free, for anyone: write to support@theworkflowlibrary.com and, if it fits the library, it is written and added for everyone. No queue is promised and requests outside workflow automation may be declined.

Free specs. Use them anywhere. Not for resale or republication.

The installer acts through the portal owner's own authorisation screen, with permissions limited to creating properties and workflows. Every workflow it creates arrives switched off. It never turns a workflow on and never deletes anything. What the API cannot create, such as a marketing email, a team or a static list, is listed in a task inside the portal instead.

Prices are shown excluding VAT. The category packs, the full library, the extra portals and Agency Lifetime are paid once; Studio is a subscription. Stripe, as merchant of record, adds the VAT or sales tax of your country at checkout and applies the EU reverse charge when you provide a valid VAT number. Founding prices until 30 November. Then 59 / 199 EUR, and Studio at 99.

30 days on the plans paid once, no questions asked. Email support@theworkflowlibrary.com with your order number. A refund closes the licence: the downloads and the installer stop working, and the workflows already created in a portal are yours to keep or delete. Agency Lifetime is refundable for 14 days, while at most 3 portals are activated. Studio can be cancelled at any time and runs to the end of the period paid for; it is not refunded part way through a period.

Specs added to a pack you bought are delivered through the same download link at no extra cost.

HubSpot changes its product. Each spec is dated and states what could not be verified at writing time. Report an inaccuracy and it is fixed within a week.

Payments are handled by Stripe (Stripe is the merchant of record). Emails are sent from a marketing automation portal we operate, which also holds your contact record when you ask for the free specs or buy. Visits are counted with Google Analytics and with that same marketing portal's page tracking, both only after you accept analytics in the banner: refuse and neither script loads, and the site works the same.
