What we collect, why, where it goes, and how to have it deleted. Last updated 24 October 2026.

When you visit the site

Visits are counted with Google Analytics and with the page tracking of a marketing portal we operate, both only after you accept analytics in the banner. Refuse and neither script loads; the site works the same.

When you ask for the free specs

We keep your email, the page you asked from, and the dates of your requests, on our hosting provider and in our marketing portal. We use it to send you the link, then a short note when specs change, and nothing else. Reply "stop" to any note to stop them.

When you buy

Stripe handles the payment as merchant of record and holds your card details; we never see them. We receive your email, the product and the order, and keep a licence record: your email, the licence, and the portals it has activated.

When you install a spec

What the installer reads in your portal. The account details (portal id, name, account type, and the email of the person who authorises, to assign them the task), the existing properties and lists so it does not create them twice. It reads no records, and copies nothing out of your portal.

What we keep. Per portal: its id, name and account type, the dates of its first and last install, the specs installed, and the email domain of the people who installed, never the full address. A note with the number of installs is added to your buyer record in our marketing portal.

The access token. Held for 30 minutes in our hosting provider's store, used only to create what you picked, then gone. No refresh token is held.

Business emails we send

We write to HubSpot consultants and agencies at their work address, found on public company pages or in a business contact database, through an email sending tool. Each email says how to stop, and a reply is enough.

Who processes data for us

Cloudflare (hosting and storage), Stripe (payments), HubSpot (our marketing portal, and the app you authorise), Resend (the emails of the free specs), Google (analytics, after consent), and our email sending tool for business emails. Nothing is sold or shared for advertising.

Your data, your call

Write to support@theworkflowlibrary.com to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We answer from the same address and confirm once it is done.

Changes

When what we collect or keep changes, this page changes first, with its date.
