Outcome. A new customer receives a short drip of relevant help-center articles and resources during their first weeks, spreading self-serve education out instead of dumping every link in one welcome email nobody reads in full.

When to use it, when not to

  • UseUse it for self-serve or low-touch customers (see customer-onboarding-016 / 017) where a live kickoff call is not part of the process, or as a supplement alongside high-touch onboarding.
  • UseUse it when your help center has a small, stable set of "first weeks" articles worth pointing to in order.
  • SkipDo not use it as a replacement for the welcome email series (customer-onboarding-004), that fiche covers the account-setup basics, this one is ongoing light-touch education.
  • SkipDo not use it if your help center content changes too often to keep four hardcoded links current, in that case link to a single onboarding hub page instead.
