Outcome. Every open renewal deal carries a renewal probability score built from the account's health score and its recent engagement level, giving forecast reviews a consistent number instead of a gut feel per deal.

When to use it, when not to

  • UseUse it once both a company-level health score and a recent-engagement measure already exist as properties, and the goal is to combine them into one renewal-specific number on the deal.
  • UseUse it as a forecast input alongside the standard deal stage and close date, not as a replacement for either.
  • SkipDo not use it if no health score exists yet. Build renewal-expansion-015 (health score decline) or an equivalent scoring workflow first; this fiche only combines existing signals, it does not generate them.
  • SkipDo not present the resulting score as a precise probability percentage in customer-facing material. It is a banded internal score built from two inputs at Professional tier, not a statistical model.
