When to use it, when not to

Contract End Date. Those workflows never enroll an account that has no date to react to. - UseUse it right after moving to date-driven renewal automation, when historical accounts were never backfilled with contract dates.
- SkipDo not use it for accounts that are intentionally month-to-month or have no fixed contract term. Add those to the suppression list below so they do not get a task for a date that will never exist.
- SkipDo not use it as a substitute for a one-time data cleanup project if most of the customer base is missing the date; a single import or bulk edit is faster than one task per account.
