Use it

  • Use it every time someone asks Breeze Assistant to draft a workflow. Breeze Assistant adds and edits actions. It does not set triggers, so a draft is never complete when it arrives.
  • Use it as the review step when non-admin users are allowed to draft workflows and an admin switches them on.

Skip it

  • Do not use the draft as a spec. If you already know the steps, building from a written spec such as the ones in this library is faster than correcting a draft.
  • Do not skip the checklist for "small" workflows. A two-action workflow with the wrong enrollment emails the whole database as easily as a large one.
