  • Do not use it as an accounting tool. It counts runs, not credits. (check in your portal: what each AI action costs in HubSpot Credits per execution, since the knowledge base does not list a per-action cost)
  • Do not build the portal-wide part without Data Hub Professional. A workflow cannot read a value stored on another, unrelated record without a custom code action. The per-record cap alone works on any Professional tier, see Variants.
