  • Use it when the Prospecting Agent is already configured and tested by hand on a small list. A workflow multiplies whatever the agent does, good or bad.

Skip it

  • Do not use it for named accounts, open opportunities or customers. Exclude them in the criteria. An automated first touch on an account an AE is already working is a visible mistake.
  • Do not use it if a person should write the outreach. Then generate a profile for the rep, see ai-agents-006.
