Run the Customer Health Agent on a weekly schedule and flag at-risk customers to the CSM
One of 565 written HubSpot workflow specs, by a collective of independent HubSpot consultants.
Professional
Seat pricing: Professional edition. To build it, a GTM Seat or an Ops Seat (an Ops Seat cannot create marketing emails or sequences). Per-hub plans: Service Hub Professional.
OutcomeEvery Monday each customer account carries a fresh health status with a one-paragraph reason, and the CSM gets a task only for the accounts the agent marks at risk.

When to use it, when not to
Use it
- Use it when CSMs manage more accounts than they can review each week, and at-risk accounts are found at renewal time, which is too late.
- Use it when the company record holds real signals: tickets, logged calls and emails, deals, usage properties. The agent reads the record. It does not know what happened in a tool that never syncs to HubSpot.

Skip it
- Do not use it if you already run a numeric health score and it works. Use renewal-expansion-015 on the score. An agent verdict next to a trusted score creates two truths.
- Do not use it on more than 500 customers in one workflow.
Run agentis limited to 500 executions per day. Split by weekday, see Variants.
