Enroll contact in a short follow-up sequence when quote is viewed but not signed after 5 days
Enterprise
Seat pricing: Enterprise edition. To build it, a GTM Seat or an Ops Seat (an Ops Seat cannot create marketing emails or sequences). Per-hub plans: Sales Hub Enterprise.
OutcomeA buyer who opened a quote and then went quiet for five days gets a short, pre-written nudge sequence automatically, instead of waiting on the rep to notice and reach out.

When to use it, when not to
Use it
- Use it for quotes sent through the native quote tool where view and signature status are tracked reliably.
- Use it when your typical quote-to-decision window is close to five days; adjust the delay if your sales cycle is faster or slower.

Skip it
- Do not use it if the buyer contact does not have a real HubSpot owner with sequences access; the enroll action needs a sender.
- Do not stack this on top of sales-ops-001 without checking for overlap; a contact can only be in one sequence at a time, so a contact still mid another sequence will simply be skipped here.
