Outcome. Every new contact gets an owner within minutes, spread evenly across the sales team, with zero territory or scoring logic involved.

When to use it / when not to
- Use it as the baseline routing workflow when the whole team sells to the same pool of leads, no territory or product split.
- Use it as a starting point before layering territory, score, or product-based branching on top (see lead-routing-001, lead-routing-013).
- Do not use it if any segment of leads needs a fixed owner (existing customers, named accounts, partner referrals). Exclude those first.
- Do not use it if the team wants an SLA timer or Slack alert bundled in. That is a separate concern, see lead-routing-003 and lead-routing-004, and can be added as extra actions once this base workflow works.
