When to use it, when not to
- UseUse it when deals get created without a contact attached: bulk import, API-created deals, deals cloned from another record.
- UseUse it as a lightweight companion to deal-hygiene-017 (missing company), build both together since they share the same structure.
- SkipDo not use it on pipelines where deals are legitimately contact-less, for instance a pure account-based renewal pipeline tracked at company level only. Exclude those pipelines.
- SkipDo not treat the flag alone as a blocker. Pair it with a native required-association setting if you want it enforced, not just flagged.
