Manager review task gate before marking onboarding complete

Customer onboardingTicketService Hub ProfessionalIntermediate~35 min to buildFull spec

Outcome. An onboarding ticket cannot quietly land in Completed without a manager actually looking at it first, catching a rushed or incomplete handoff before the customer is considered fully onboarded.

When to use it, when not to

  • UseUse it when a CS manager wants a light approval step before an onboarding ticket is officially closed out, without adding a full sign-off workflow tool.
  • UseUse it on top of the milestone tracking in customer-onboarding-011, this fiche only adds the gate, it does not replace milestone tracking.
  • SkipDo not use it if your team is small enough that the manager already reviews every ticket informally, the extra stage and task add process for no real benefit at that size.
  • SkipDo not use it as a substitute for the completion notice in customer-onboarding-020, that fires after this gate passes, not instead of it.
